This role involves managing a range of obstetric cases, including complex deliveries, C-sections, and routine gynecological procedures, ensuring comprehensive patient care during this short-term commitment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Complicated delivery
• C-section
• Breech delivery
• Multiple births
• Abruptions management
• Cystoscopy
• Colposcopy
• Cryosurgery
• LEEP procedures
• Surgical gynecology
• VBAC's
• Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
• Low risk pregnancy management
• FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
• Level I/Screening (viability)
• Amniocentesis
• Routine delivery
• Vaginal delivery
• Low forceps delivery
• Decision-making for c-section

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
• Experience with Athenahealth EMR system
