Pediatrician Needed in the Rocky Mountains

Pay Rate: $260000.00 - $385000.00
A hospital-employed pediatric practice in the heart of Colorado's Rocky Mountains is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join its collaborative team in beautiful Glenwood Springs.
Position Highlights- Hospital-employed
- Primarily outpatient pediatric practice with continuity-focused care
- Join an established team of 7 Pediatricians with growing APP support
- 4-day workweek
- Care for patients from newborn through adolescence
- Limited inpatient responsibilities
- Strong physician leadership with excellent support
- Opportunity to help grow an established pediatric program
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary: $260,000 plus productivity incentives up to $385,000+

Candidate Requirements- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Interest in continuity-focused outpatient care
- Comfortable participating in limited newborn and inpatient coverage
- Physicians without recent inpatient experience are welcome to apply with structured inpatient training available
