• Board: Active certification through AANP/ANCC in FNP

    
• Licenses: Active NY RN and NY NP License

    
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA with NY address and schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4 & 5

    
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS (all AHA)

    
• Experience: New graduates considered; training and support provided

    
• Other Qualifications: Documentation of CME/CEU for past two years, case logs for past two years required; current immunizations (Flu, PPD/Chest Xray, Physical, N95 Fit Test, titers for MMR, Hep B, Varicella)

  

  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  

  

    
• Provide comprehensive emergency care across varied shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends

    
• Perform procedures independently, including moderate sedation, in accordance with facility protocols

    
• Collaborate with attending physicians, RNs, and support staff to manage acute patient presentations

    
• Document all patient encounters, orders, and clinical decision-making accurately in EPIC EMR

    
• Adhere to all emergency department workflows, patient safety standards, and rapid turnover expectations
