Our client in New Mexico is seeking an Advanced Gastroenterology Physician for a 30-day assignment starting Jul 6, 2026. This role involves 7a-7a shifts with rounding and call responsibilities. The successful Physician will perform advanced procedures including ERCP, EUS, upper and lower GI endoscopy, and liver biopsies, addressing higher acuity GI needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide 8 hours of in-house rounds followed by call coverage.
• Perform ERCP and EUS procedures.
• Conduct Upper GI endoscopy.
• Conduct Lower GI endoscopy.
• Perform Liver biopsies.

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Gastroenterology required.
• Experience with Epic EMR system.
• ERCP and EUS proficiency is mandatory.
• Fellowship preferred for higher acuity GI needs.
