Employment Type: Contract / Per Visit
Compensation: $55 per visit

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PTA to provide high-quality home health services to patients in their place of residence. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT) to implement care plans, improve patient mobility and independence, and support overall functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver therapy services in accordance with the established Plan of Care
Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and daily living skills
Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Communicate effectively with supervising therapists and interdisciplinary team
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques
Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and agency regulations
Qualifications:

Active state license as a PTA
Minimum of 1 year experience in home health preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Preferred Skills:

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and documentation standards
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
