We are the largest outpatient mental health provider in Maryland, utilizing the latest methods and technologies to provide comprehensive care, so no one feels alone. Every week, Bloom serves over 2,000 patients, helping them build foundations of health, happiness, and wellness.

Our dedicated team of psychiatrists, therapists, and psychologists, focus on producing positive results in our community through treatment of stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and many other disorders. We are currently expanding and are looking for a wide range of mental health providers to join our rapidly-growing team. This full-time, W-2 position offers opportunities to intake new therapy clients, develop a regular therapy caseload, and work on various projects throughout the company.

Our dedicated support teams within the practice offload the administrative burdens off of our therapists, including aspects such as insurance credentialing, billing, scheduling patients, and maintaining new& current patients.
