Rutland, Vermont: A respected 140-bed nonprofit regional medical center serving a broad population in central Vermont seeks a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join its well-established and growing Women’s Health practice.This is a full-scope midwifery position covering the full reproductive lifespan in a collaborative, hospital-based setting. Join a dynamic team of four OB/GYN physicians and a Women’s Health NP, working together to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care while supporting patients through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. This outpatient practice is adjacent to the hospital campus, providing convenient access to the Labor & Delivery unit when on call. The care team includes experienced nursing staff, respiratory therapists, and pediatric providers, together supporting some 300 births per year in a well-organized environment. This full-time position (40 hours) comes with a manageable, structured call that includes 24-hour shifts approximately 1 day/week and 1 weekend/month.
