"OB/GYN Position OverviewSeeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible OB/GYN to provide 24-hour hospital call coverage for an ongoing locum opportunity. The provider will deliver full-scope OB/GYN care, including labor and delivery coverage, with ongoing scheduling opportunities available. Compensation: Orientation - $175/hr On Call (Daily) - $3,115 per 24 hours 24 Hour Holiday Call - $4,675 per 24 hours Call Back - $350/hr Holiday Call Back - $525/hr Schedule Start Date: July 2026 Ongoing assignment 24-hour call shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM) Current Coverage Need: July 27–29 Approximately 10–15 locum shifts available per month Additional dates released monthly Practice Setting Hospital-based Call only No trauma designation Responsibilities Provide 24-hour OB/GYN call coverage Manage labor and delivery patients Perform general OB/GYN procedures Respond to hospital consults and callbacks Collaborate with nursing staff and surgical backup as needed Practice Details Approximately 15 deliveries per month Adult, adolescent, and geriatric patient population 50-bed hospital General surgery backup available 24/7 Limited urology backup available EMR Epic Requirements MD or DO Board Certified in OB/GYN or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency completion) Active Colorado license or Active IMLC Letter of Qualification BLS (required for credentialing) DEA (required for credentialing) Must be available for the July 27–29 coverage to be considered for ongoing dates Must specify ongoing monthly availability Must acknowledge completion of all required Epic training prior to start Clean malpractice/background history preferred NPDB Self-Query report dated within 30 days of presentation Additional Information Emergency privileges available for providers with a clean file Standard credentialing timeframe is approximately 60 days, with temporary privileges potentially available in 30 days or less Providers must complete all required Epic training, including online modules and virtual training, before their first scheduled shift. Ongoing monthly coverage opportunities are expected as future schedules become available."
