Hospitalist - Pediatrics – Lake Havasu City, AZ

Quick Facts:
- Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ (101 Civic Center Lane, ZIP 86403)
- Start Date: 05/09/2026
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM; Call approximately 10 days/month (mostly newborn care, rotating schedule)
- Shift: Clinic and call duties, including weekends (on a rotating basis)
- Hours/week: Approximately 40-45 hours
- Employment Type: Contract/Travel provider
- Licensure/Certs: Pediatric Board Certification highly preferred, valid medical license required
- Experience: Prior pediatric hospitalist or clinic experience preferred
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $1.00/hour

What You’ll Do:
- Provide pediatric inpatient and outpatient care within the clinic and hospital setting
- Manage newborn and pediatric patient assessments
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals including office staff and hospital staff
- Support CLIA-waived in-office testing and diagnostics
- Document patient encounters in compliance with facility policies
- Cover scheduled call shifts including weekends and holidays, as required
- Participate in rotating call schedule and urgent care needs
What You Need:
- Valid medical license in Arizona or eligible for licensure
- Pediatric Board Certification strongly preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of pediatric clinical experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment
