Outpatient Women's Health Physician (OBGYN or FMOB)
StartDate: ASAP
Pay Rate: $230000.00 - $265000.00
Join a respected, nonprofit healthcare organization delivering integrated, patient-centered care in the Kansas City metro. This opportunity is designed for an OBGYN or Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics training who seeks purpose, stability, and a collaborative team environment. Opportunity Highlights: - Outpatient Women’s Health / OBGYN-focused role
- Prenatal care + colposcopies required
- No deliveries (optional moonlighting available)
- 16–20 patients/day with built-in schedule buffers
- 4 hours admin time weekly
- 2:1 clinical support (MA + RN)
- Multiple sites: Central KC & brand-new KC facility
Compensation & Benefits: - $230K–$260K starting base
- Sign-On and Retention Bonus Available
- NHSC loan repayment eligible
- 20+ PTO days + holidays
- Full benefits + 401(k) match + CME
Ideal Candidate: - BC/BE OBGYN or Family Medicine w/ OB experience/fellowship
- Comfortable with colposcopies & high-risk prenatal (diabetes)
