Urology Physician (Locum Tenens) – $60K+/Month Location: Martinsburg, WV (VA Facility – Any Active State License Accepted!)Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Flexible Options Available) The Opportunity Are you ready to maximize your earning potential while making a profound impact? JR Enterprise is actively seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urology Physician for a long-term locum tenens position serving our nation's Veterans in West Virginia. This premium role offers a guaranteed monthly salary of $60,000+ (with a $700K+ annual potential), combining a highly manageable patient workload with absolute long-term contract stability. Even if you are only available to practice one week per month, we offer the scheduling flexibility to accommodate your current lifestyle. Position & Facility Overview Enjoy a structured, mission-driven environment with zero business overhead, allowing you to focus entirely on patient care. Low Patient Volume: Work at a relaxed pace with an average of just 13 patients per day. Strong Clinical Support: Work out of a 69-bed facility equipped with 5 OR rooms and 2 dedicated Urology clinic nurses. You will be joining an established team alongside 1 current Urologist. Scope of Practice: Outpatient clinic coverage, inpatient consults, and surgical procedures. Anticipated cases include TURBTs, TURPs, stones, vasectomies, TRUS biopsies, and scrotal cases. On-Call: Approximately 10 call days per month (covering weeknights and weekends). Equipment: Experience with holmium laser, ESWL, and fluoroscopy preferred. Qualifications License: Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (ANY state license accepted). Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (ABU).Certifications: Current BLS & ACLS. Credibility: Eligible for VA credentialing and privileging.
