Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $350,000 annually (W-2 structure) guaranteed with over $1 million in documented earnings
• Collections-Based Bonus: 35% of collections beyond $1.5M production (paid on 1099 for tax flexibility)

Qualifications:

• Degree: DDS/DMD with OMFS residency completion
• Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
