Qualifications: 

• Degree:  MD or DO
• Certifications:  Glaucoma Fellowship Required | Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 Years of Fellowship
• Licensure: Will assist in obtaining a TX license
• Experience:  Open to All Qualified Candidates
