Requirements:- Active LPN license in Tewksbury.
- 1+ year experience in LTC/SNF preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Familiarity with EMRs (e.g., PointClickCare) preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:- Deliver routine nursing care and support daily health needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document changes in resident condition
- Assist with ADLs and mobility as needed
- Maintain accurate records in EMR systems
- Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support infection control and safety protocols
- Report concerns or changes to RN/supervisor promptly
- Participate in shift handoffs and team meetings
