Schedule

• Monday–Friday


• Full-time clinical coverage

Requirements

• MD or DO


• Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation


• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license


• BLS certification


• Experience with TBI, neurological rehab, or complex trauma preferred

Additional Details

• Patient Population: Active-duty service members, including high-acuity and complex rehab cases


• Clinical Focus: Traumatic brain injury, musculoskeletal injuries, neurological rehabilitation


• Care Model: Interdisciplinary, team-based approach including neurology, behavioral health, PT/OT, and vestibular therapy


• Environment: Fast-paced, high-volume setting with strong collaboration
