Emergency Medicine Physician

Location: Mississippi

Position Overview

Provide emergency department physician coverage and support safe, timely patient care including moderate sedation when credentialed. This role may also include serving as a supervising or backup physician for advanced practice providers.

Required Qualifications

Active Mississippi medical license

Board certified or board eligible in emergency medicine, family medicine, or internal medicine

DEA with Mississippi address

Recent emergency or acute care experience, including documented recent contact hours as required by the facility

ACLS, ATLS, and PALS as applicable to board status and training background
