Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Winston-Salem, NC. This rewarding contract opportunity offers the chance to work with a collaborative rehabilitation team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and helping residents achieve their highest level of function and independence.

Physical Therapist, Skilled
Experience: 1 year

Preferred Qualifications
Proper State License
Skilled Nursing/long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience)
Rehab Optima (Net Health)
COVID-19 Vaccination card/documentation - Declinations Accepted
