My client in NC is seeking an experienced ABEM certified MD to work in the Emergency Department. Providers must have practiced Emergency Medicine in the past 12 months. New providers will need to come in the day before scheduled start date for orientation.Coverage Needed:
July 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,9, 19, 11, 13, 15 (8a-8p)
July 4, 7, 8, 26, 27 (8p-8a)
August 1, 3, 4, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 24, 29 (8a-8p)
August 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10 (8p-8a)
Required certifications if NOT EM trained (no exceptions): ACLS, ATLS & PALS Highlights include:
• Opportunity to work within a well-established healthcare system
• Average # patient volume: 45-53 patients/24-hour period
• Average visits annually: 18,000
• EHR is EPIC
• 24-hour Hospitalist and Radiology coverage
• Staffing model includes an APP from 10a to 10p
