A regional medical center near South Padre Island, Texas is seeking a BC/BE Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician to join and help expand its growing pulmonary and critical care service line, offering a balanced mix of ICU coverage and pulmonary medicine in a supportive hospital environment.

Position Highlights:

• Join a growing pulmonary and critical care program with strong clinical demand and expansion opportunity


• Provide comprehensive ICU coverage in a well-equipped unit with advanced ventilator and monitoring capabilities


• Manage a broad range of pulmonary conditions across inpatient and outpatient settings


• Perform procedures consistent with pulmonary and critical care training and expertise


• Collaborate closely with hospitalists, emergency medicine, surgeons, and specialty teams


• Work alongside experienced nursing staff and respiratory therapy support


• Participate in a shared call rotation


• Play a key role in shaping and growing the pulmonary and critical care service line


• Practice in a hospital-employed, team-based environment focused on high-quality patient care


• Maintain timely documentation and adherence to hospital quality and safety standards
