This is an outpatient-focused position offering the opportunity to provide comprehensive rheumatologic care across a wide spectrum of autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal conditions including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, vasculitis, and osteoporosis. You will evaluate and manage complex chronic disease, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee advanced therapies including disease-modifying and biologic agents.

You will practice in a collaborative environment alongside experienced primary care providers and specialists, ensuring coordinated, patient-centered care with strong referral relationships throughout the region. For inpatient needs and specialty consultation, you will have access to Vermont’s second largest medical center, supporting continuity and depth of care.
