Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT)

Location: 20 minutes from Monte Vista, CO 81144 

Full-Time | Variable Schedule | Rotating Weekends

A healthcare organization in Southern Colorado is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join its patient-centered respiratory care team. This position offers the opportunity to work in an acute care setting while enjoying the scenic beauty and outdoor recreation of the San Luis Valley region.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and assessments
• Monitor and manage patients with cardiopulmonary conditions
• Operate and maintain respiratory care equipment
• Assist with ventilator management and airway care
• Perform arterial blood gas collection and analysis
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• CRT or RRT credential required
• Colorado Respiratory Therapist license or eligibility
• BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred
