Family Medicine - Northwestern MN - Rural Community
An exceptional opportunity is available for a full-time Family Medicine physician who thrives in a small-town, rural medical setting and values working alongside a highly cohesive, supportive team. This broad-spectrum position offers incredible practice variety, encompassing Primary Care Clinic, Emergency Medicine, basic Hospital Medicine, and Nursing Home care.
In addition to clinical duties, this role serves as a collaborative leader for an established care team, partnering with and providing guidance to three experienced Advanced Practice Clinicians. Dedication to mentorship, team consultation, and the development of leadership skills is integral to this position, with a formal portion of the FTE specifically allocated to leadership responsibilities.
Practice Highlights:
Schedule: Full-time, 1.0 FTE.
Practice Variety: Broad scope of care including clinic, emergency, basic inpatient, and long-term care.
Team Structure: Collaborative leadership model working alongside three experienced APCs to achieve excellent patient care objectives and continuity of care.
ER Call: Negotiable.
