  No standard call requirements. To support strong work-life balance, all after-hours calls (excluding OB, hospital, and SUD/MOUD call) are managed by a dedicated, separate call team.

  Multi-specialty group practice comprised of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs).

  
  


• 
  

  Full-time PharmD available on-site for dedicated medication therapy management.

  
  


• 
  

  Integrated care features on-site Behavioral Health and an Adult Partial Hospitalization Program.

  Extensive network of visiting specialists on-site, including Ophthalmology, ENT, Audiology, OBGYN, Diabetes, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Pain Management, Orthopedic Med, Podiatry, Cardiology, Tobacco Cessation, Gastroenterology, Urology, Neurology, Pediatrics, and Dermatology, with additional support accessible at a nearby regional medical center.
