An established, physician-led healthcare organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join a collaborative multi-specialty team in Northern Minnesota. This position offers a balanced mix of autonomous practice and robust specialty support within a professionally managed network.

  Practice Structure: Join a supportive team environment alongside an OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner and four Family Medicine physicians with surgical OB capabilities.

  Patient Mix & Volume: The practice features a predominantly gynecologic patient mix, complemented by high-risk obstetric consultations and dedicated OR blocks. The clinic averages 18 patients per day, with the hospital managing 150–200 deliveries annually.

  Call Schedule: Enjoy a manageable 1:5 community call rotation, further supported by a 24/7 online nurse triage service.

  Modern Facilities: Practice out of a full-service clinic and an adjacent 30-bed hospital featuring three recently remodeled Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) suites, a Level II Birthing Center, and a Level IV trauma center.
