Pediatric Surgery – Northeastern Minnesota




  • Opportunity to build and develop the region's first dedicated pediatric surgery program.




  • Fully supported by a nationally recognized health care system and a 330-bed tertiary Top 100 hospital.




  • Collaborate with a team of 65 pediatric specialists and subspecialists, alongside 12 general surgeons.




  • Access to the region’s only Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).




  • Supported by an active transport system serving a three-state region.




  • Practice includes a full range of pediatric specialties: orthopedics, cardiology, gastroenterology, hematology/oncology, trauma, pulmonary, and urology.




  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Pediatric Surgery required.




  • Located in a metro area with a city population of 86,000 and a regional service area of 460,000.




  • Positioned approximately 150 miles from a major metropolitan area with an international airport.




  • Local regional airport available for convenient travel and connection options.




  • Base compensation of $633,000, with eligibility for additional bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
