Position Overview

Urgent care coverage

Typical cases include testing, X rays, sutures, EKG reads, and physicals

Patient volume noted as up to 4 patients per hour

EMR listed as Experity Velocidoc

Required Qualifications

Family Practice or Internal Medicine with urgent care experience

Must see pediatrics age 2 and up

Board certification and DEA required per Order notes

NPDB self query required

Credentialing and Onboarding Items (must be provided)

Onboarding timeframe noted as approximately 1 week plus an in person shadow date

Provide onboarding documents as requested
