Family Medicine – Northeastern Minnesota

Outpatient focus seeking an enthusiastic team player dedicated to high-quality patient care.
Collaborative environment working alongside 12 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians.
Quality of life focus with a zero-call model for general outpatient needs.
On-site resources including a lab, digital X-ray, mammography, urgent care, behavioral health, and sports medicine.
Immediate volume available through an established patient base.
Full-time schedule consists of 36 patient contact hours, Monday through Friday.
Flexible shift options within clinic operating hours, which include limited Saturday morning availability.
Modern technology integration utilizing EPIC EMR with DAX AI support.
Flexible starting FTE options ranging from 0.6 to 1.0.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine required.
Located in a vibrant, scenic regional hub with a population of over 90,000.
Convenient regional airport access within a short drive, offering connection flights to major international hubs.
Guaranteed base salary of $308,000.
