Urologist Opportunity – $625K+ Potential | $50K Sign-On | Established Demand | Louisiana
StartDate: ASAP
Pay Rate: $450000.00 - $625000.00
AMN has been retained to identify a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join a growing, high-demand program based in southern Louisiana.
Compensation - Total income potential: $625K+
- $50K sign-on bonus
- $80K loan repayment
- $60/wRVU + quality bonus
- 4 weeks PTO + CME allowance
Practice - Join 3 established urologists
- High-demand practice with 1–2.5 month wait times
- Approximately 800 wRVUs/month per provider
- Mix of clinic, procedures, and surgery
Schedule - 4-day clinic (Mon–Thurs)
- Fridays for procedures/light clinic
- Shared call (Q5 progressing to Q6) with post-call time off
Opportunity - Expand urology services in an underserved region
- Regional outreach clinic in Morgan City (1–2 days/week)
Ideal Candidate - Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology
- Strong general urology skills
- Team-oriented with an interest in growing a community-based program
Location Coastal Louisiana with a low cost of living, easy access to New Orleans, and a welcoming community.
