- Clinic: 14 - 15 patients per day; reduced to 10 per day when on call
- Combined clinic and hospital call position
- Full-scope OB & GYN required
- 350 deliveries per year -- 150/350 are C-sections
- Emergency GYN: vaginal deliveries, C-sections, hysterectomy, tubals, and more
- No VBACs; no high-risk deliveries unless urgent
- Midwives take call for their own patients -- shared call coverage
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
