Position Overview
Academic primary care faculty role in an internal medicine residency continuity clinic
Focus on resident education, supervision, and mentorship
No independent patient panel " all clinical care performed with residents
Ideal for physicians interested in academic medicine and community-based care
Schedule & Responsibilities
90% clinical precepting / 10% administrative
Approximately day per week protected administrative time
Monday"Friday only; no weekends
No call responsibilities
Faculty appointment with affiliated medical school
Clinical Setting
Residency continuity clinic in a mission-driven, community-based practice
Diverse urban patient population
Close collaboration with residency leadership and interdisciplinary teams
Compensation & Benefits
3-year guaranteed base salary
Sign-on bonus approximately 15"25k
Relocation assistance
Loan repayment options, including NHSC and other programs
Client provides $2,500 for loan consultant support
Client provides up to 15k over 5 years for primary care loan repayment
Paid CME time off plus CME allowance
Reimbursed professional licenses and dues
Paid time off plus company holidays
