Position Overview
Outpatient primary care position for Internal Medicine physicians
100% office-based adult primary care in Ellington, Connecticut
Coordinated, team-based care model supporting longitudinal patient relationships
Use of EPIC EMR, Ambient AI, and digital tools to enhance efficiency and personalized care
Schedule & Call
Full-time weekday schedule
4-day work week option with a 4/10 hybrid schedule " ask for details
No inpatient responsibilities
Phone call only, infrequent: approximately 1:3 weeks
