Description
A beautiful, fast paced skilled nursing facility in Long Island is looking for SLPs to join their team! This facility has over 60 short term beds and a large rehab department with many other therapists that you will have the opportunity to work alongside! This position is full time Mon-Fri. This is a really great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a premier SNF! We will consider CFYs for this position.Job Responsibilities:
• As a Speech Therapist, he or she is responsible for:
• Evaluating patient's medical history
• Formulating patient's goals and developing a treatment plan
• Establishing a daily routine and timeline
• Assessing patient's progress and keeping detailed progress notes
