What You'll Do
- Provide general dental care to patients of all ages, including examinations, fillings, and endodontics if qualified
- Collaborate with a team comprising 2 dental assistants, a hygienist, and front desk staff
- Utilize Denticon or Planet DDS EMR systems for charting and documentation
- Manage patient treatment plans, ensuring high-quality care and patient satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with all dental and healthcare regulations
- Adapt to flexible scheduling based on patient load and procedures
What You Need
- Valid Iowa Dental License (preferred)
- Enrollment or willingness to enroll with Medicaid
- Ability to see patients of all ages, including children as young as 4/5 years old
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- No specific experience required; open to new graduates
