- Light call burden: approximately 1:14 weeks, phone-only and backup to answering service
- Goal of 20 - 25 patients per day with a flexible, physician-controlled ramp-up pace
- 1 dedicated MA per provider plus additional float MAs for patient rooming support
- On-site lab, imaging, walk-in clinic, and internal coding team available to providers
- Shareholder track available; equal shares distributed from group revenue after expenses
- 401(k) with 13% of total compensation contributed annually plus profit sharing
- Residents welcome; board-certified or board-eligible candidates encouraged to apply
