- Light call schedule averaging 2 - 3 times per year; phone-only, no hospital visits
- 1 dedicated MA per provider plus additional float MAs for patient rooming support
- On-site lab, imaging, and walk-in clinic within a large, modern facility campus
- Shareholder track available; ancillary revenue sharing from lab, imaging, and research
- 401(k) with 13% of total compensation contributed annually plus profit sharing
- Residents accepted; growing community approximately 1 hour from Nashville
