A thriving, hospital-employed Orthopedic group in eastern Kentucky is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join a growing 7-surgeon team. This high-volume practice features block OR time, Mako robotic support, and an income model where all current providers earn $1M+ annually. With an extensive referral base covering a 750,000+ patient catchment area, this is a rare opportunity to build a thriving elective total joints practice. $650K Guaranteed Base + Productivity Model at $69/wRVU. Threshold: 9,420 wRVUs and additional WRVUs paid at full rate. All current partners earn $1M+ annually. Mako Robotic-Assisted Surgery. Block OR Scheduling in 10 ORs + 6-OR Outpatient Surgery Center. Paid Malpractice (Including Tail). Full Benefits Package: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability. 40+ Owned Primary Care Clinics Throughout KY & OH. Ongoing Expansion: New ER, Imaging Center, Main Entrance. Hospital Employee . 2 hours to Lexington, Louisville, Cincinnati, and Columbus. Safe, affordable, and family-friendly community with low traffic and great schools. Located on the Ohio River with direct access to the KY/OH/WV Tri-State region. 1:7 Call Ratio.
