Flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work-life balance. Physicians are required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter). OB Hospitalist coverage model ensures two providers are scheduled and on-site at all times to support continuous patient care and team collaboration. First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians. Strong, reliable back-up call system. Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies. Supported by highly experienced operational and clinical teams to ensure your success. Holiday pay incentives. 433-bed, acute care hospital in South Arlington. Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) beds. Level III Maternal Designation. 33 medical/surgical rooms, including 14 antepartum rooms. 23 labor and delivery rooms. 3 C-section operating rooms.
