• Other Qualifications: Spanish or Russian speakers a plus; name clear required; COVID and flu vaccination required

  

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  

  

    
• Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care to patients of all ages (newborns to geriatrics).

    
• Manage acute care walk-in patients and chronic disease management.

    
• Perform basic procedures including injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care.

    
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management.

    
• Collaborate with support staff including medical assistants, mental health therapists, and dietitians.
