Well established program with a large referral base.. 2 Year Guarantee - $700K base salary with immediate potential of quarterly bonuses.. $75,000 signing bonus/residency/fellowship stipend.. Up to $200,000 student loan repayment.. Performance incentive of up to $82,500. wRVU is $80 - bonus payouts can exceed $400,000 year plus salary. State of the art Endoscopy Center with 4 endoscopy suites and 1 dedicated ERCP suite that can be used as an additional endoscopy suite. Mentoring environment. Call ratio of 1:5 and very manageable. Clinic and endoscopy schedules are flexible and tailored to the individual gastroenterologist, providing an excellent work/life balance. Admissions are managed by 24/7 Internal Medicine Hospitalists.
