Step into a high-volume, modern GI practice set in one of the most picturesque regions in New England. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, fellowship-trained team in a newly built state-of-the-art endoscopy suite. ERCP and EUS available but not required. Enjoy full hospitalist support, top-tier surgical and radiology backup, and a respected, hospital-employed position in a community that offers unmatched work-life balance in Western, MA.The two-year guaranteed base salary of $540,000 transitions into a senior comp model with productivity bonuses up to $80/wRVU. Generous PTO. Team: 7 GI Physicians (1 off-site), 6 APPs. Hospital Employee . Procedures: General GI with optional EUS/ERCP, 8-10 scopes daily, ~8-10 clinic patients. On-site, brand-new Endoscopy Center with 5 procedure rooms and full Anesthesia support. Inpatient Rounding: With NP and internal medicine resident. Full interventional radiology and surgical support (colorectal, bariatric, laparoscopic). $45,000 recruitment Incentive (negotiable). 1:7 Call Ratio. Loan Forgiveness available. Residency/Fellowship Stipend available. Relocation Bonus available. CME up to 2 weeks and money available. Up to 6 weeks of PTO available. 403B.
