An established regional medical group in Western Massachusetts is seeking a BE/BC OBGYN to join its expanding team. This full-scope position combines outpatient gynecology, obstetrics, and surgical care in a team-based model with excellent administrative and midwife support. This group offers a lifestyle-focused schedule with first-call coverage handled by Certified Nurse Midwives, a dedicated laborist program, and teaching opportunities through academic partnerships.Only an hour from International Airport. $369,000 Guaranteed - incentive based on productivity of the group- based on wRVU productivity. $45,000 Recruitment incentive. $17,500 performance incentive opportunity. Full-scope OBGYN with outpatient, inpatient, and surgical responsibilities. Certified Nurse Midwives take first call, 8 Laborist shifts/month (24-hour), and Team includes 10+ OB/GYN physicians, CNMs, APPs. Clinic census: 20 - 22 patients/day ~650 deliveries/year.
