Description
Are you an Emergency Medicine physician searching for your next locum tenens opportunity? This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Oregon might be the perfect fit for you! Opportunity Highlights- Schedule: 4â??8 shifts per month (approximately 1â??2 blocks of 4 shifts in a row, flexible); Day shifts: 9amâ??9pm (12 hrs); Night shifts: 11pmâ??6am (may end closer to 7am); Coverage type: No Call; Inpatient only
- Job Setting: Inpatient, Medford, OR; EMR: Epic; Trauma Level 3 facility; Annual ED volume: 37,000; Stroke Certified facility
- Types of Cases: Emergency Medicine; 16 patients per shift; Admissions required; Support staff includes 6 RNs and 3 office staff per shift
- Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days; DEA required; Active Oregon license required; Target orientation date: November 10th; All providers will be contacted for a phone interview by the medical director; RFA turnaround: 48â??72 hours; Application turnaround: approximately 5 days
Minimum Requirements- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3â??5 years of residency
- Certifications: ATLS required; ACLS and BLS required
- Licensure: Active Oregon license required (IMLC not accepted)
