Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

Pay Rate: $2525.00 - $2602.00
Physical Therapist - Home Health jobs in Tucson, AZ offer a Monday through Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm, covering East Tucson. You will use Homecare Homebase EMR and travel to patient homes, with mileage reimbursed at $0.72 per mile.
Your responsibilities include evaluating patient mobility, developing care plans, and coordinating with healthcare teams. You will document progress and help patients regain independence. Home health experience and a current AZ license are required.
