- Pay Package: $30 to $38 per hour, depending on experience, plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus ($2,000 at 60 days, $2,000 at 180 days)

What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home respiratory assessments and provide patient education
- Set up and adjust ventilators and oxygen therapy equipment per physician orders
- Monitor and troubleshoot respiratory equipment performance
- Perform VA oxygen setups and respiratory services
- Support patients with ongoing follow-up and education
- Participate in after-hours call coverage for patient needs
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members
What You Need
- Required:
- Active Respiratory Therapist license (RRT or CRT) in Arkansas
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to obtain neighboring state license within 30 days if not already licensed
- Preferred:
- 1+ year of home healthcare or DME experience
- Strong patient communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
