Requirements:
- Board Certification: Will accept both Board Certified and Truly Board Eligible Candidates in Pulmonary/CC - REQUIRED
- Not open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certifications and need to obtain again.
- Ohio License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- DEA - REQURED
- Fellowship Required: Yes - REQUIRED
- NPDB within 30 days - REQUIRED AT TIME OF OFFER
- Clean background/no malpractice or license issues - REQUIRED, no exceptions
Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary: $500,000
- Uncapped productivity bonus: $84 per wRVU
- Signing bonus: $100,000 ($50,000 in Year 1 and $50,000 in Year 2)
