- 4 + years as a behavioral/cognitive neurologist- [REQUIRED]
- Previous management experience [Preferred]
- ACGME/AOA approved Neurology Residency [REQUIRED]
- BLS
- DEA
- CSR/CDS
- Fellowship
- Board Certified
