The STAFFING MANAGER is a key team member to the success of our Vacaville branch, and the duties of the position include: amazing customer service abilities and upbeat personality; multi-tasking; strong communication, professional demeanor and great organizational skills; a “team first” and “can do” approach to all things; having compassion and understanding in working with the elderly; computer proficiency and scheduling; business skills (AP); recruiting and developing a top tiered care staff (caregivers).
A background in Human Resources is a plus!
