A non-profit, 298-bed community teaching hospital in western Massachusetts is adding an ENT/Otolaryngology Physician. Our health system provides comprehensive medical care to the residents and visitors of the Berkshires region.

About the Opportunity:

• Join our team of 3 ENT Physicians with Advanced Practice Provider support
• Routine procedures, as well as head and neck.
• Comprehensive ENT services, including in-office procedures.
• Subspecialty training is welcome
• Experience in allergy, chronic ear surgery, and endocrine surgery is a plus; however, it is not required.

Compensation/Benefits:

•  Hospital-employed position with a high base salary converting to an RVU production model
• $45k Relocation/signing bonus
• 7 weeks time off
• $4500 allowance for CME
