Requirements:


  • Completion of ACGME or AMA approved residency – [REQUIRED], no exceptions.

  • Board Eligible / Board Certified in appropriate specialty – [REQUIRED].

  • Texas Medical License (or willingness to obtain) – [REQUIRED].

  • At least one professional reference within 24 months – [REQUIRED].

  • Clean malpractice and license history – [HIGHLY PREFERRED].
