JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
  
• Licenses: Active Ohio medical license and DEA
  
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA required
  
• Certifications: ATLS required (ABFM/ABIM must maintain; ABEM must show past documentation)
  
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience required
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients in a high-volume ED (approximately 109 patients per day).
  
• Manage a wide range of emergency conditions, including medical, surgical, and trauma cases.
  
• Work collaboratively with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nursing staff, and specialty consultants.
  
• Participate in rotating shifts including days, evenings, and nights, with weekend coverage.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR and adhere to hospital policies and privileging requirements.
